Packaging
Most of our products are packaged in glass containers, like glass bottles, glass jars that are normally recycled and reusable. We also use food grade pouch and utilize very few plastic containers for non-edible products like castor oil. Although, we are looking forward to a 100% glass packaging for all products due to the health benefits of glass over plastics.
We pack items ordered carefully to avoid spillage or damage.
Shipping/Delivery Fee
When we receive multiple items in one order, we may have to recalculate the delivery fee and confirm the new charges with the customer before we deliver the order. As soon as we receive the total payment for the items ordered (including the deliver fee), the order will be prepared for shipping. Please note that your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Delivery
Please note that it takes approximately 2-3 days for orders to be delivered locally. There may be rare cases of delay so please bear with us and contact fertibirth@gmail.com if you have any questions about your order. For inter-state and international deliveries, it will take more time so please bear with us.
