Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong, damaged or defective item, you need to contact us within 3 days of delivery/pick-up to initiate an exchange, no refunds. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept exchange of products packaged in glass containers. Some types of goods are non-returnable and therefore exempt from being exchanged.

Non-exchangeable items:

  • Herbs
  • Food and Perishable goods
  • Glass packaged goods
  • Sales and Clearance items
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you need to contact us first at customers@dudunaturals.com to receive an authorization before an exchange can be granted.

There are certain situations where exchanges are rejected:

  • Goods with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that needs exchange more than 7 days after delivery

Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but we may replace items if they are defective or damaged and you can only exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customers@dudunaturals.com

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your exchange will be processed immediately.
