Grind for about 30 seconds, or until the seeds become a fine meal. Add to smoothies, breads, crackers, cookies, hot cereal, yogurt, salads and pilafs for a powerful nutritional boost.

    I ordered a couple of seeds (hemp seeds, chia and flaxseeds) to try out and they look legit to me. I will order from here again for sure.
